At MedicaRelax SAS, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Because our products (Family Inada, MedicaRelax, Fujiiryoki) are at higher standards and wellness instruments, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our clients.
In accordance with European Union and French consumer protection laws (Code de la consommation), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your massage chair, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement, for example by sending an email to bureau@medicarelax.com.
Conditions for return: returns are only accepted under the following strict conditions:
Original Packaging: The massage chair must be returned in its original factory box and packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
Hygiene Standards: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of massage chairs, returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original "as-delivered" condition.
Showroom purchases: If you visit our showroom, test a specific model, and decide to purchase that unit, this constitutes an informed and final sale. Used showroom products tested and selected in-person are not eligible for return.
Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if the product shows signs of:
Intentional damage or abuse: Any signs of physical mistreatment or forceful use.
Environmental damage: If the chair has been placed in unsuitable environments such as saunas, steam rooms, or near swimming pools.
Exposure to high humidity or water voids all return rights and warranties, as these conditions are intentionally damaging to the electronic and upholstery components.
The refund process once your return is authorized and the unit is received at our facility:
Inspection: Our technical team will inspect the chair to verify it is in brand-new, sellable condition.
Refund amount: Upon successful inspection, we will refund the purchase price minus the original delivery fees.
Non-refundable transaction fees: Please note that fees charged by third-party payment processors (such as PayPal, American Express, or other Credit Card issuers) are retained by the provider and are not refundable by MedicaRelax SAS; these fees go to the third party, not to MedicaRelax.
Collection & packing services
The customer is responsible for returning the chair in its original box.
Professional Collection: If you require our professional team to visit your location, disassemble, and box the chair for you, this is considered an extra service.
Costs: You must contact us in advance to receive a quote for this service, as costs vary based on location and model complexity.
How to Initiate a return:
To start a return request, please contact our support team at our Courbevoie office with your order number and reason for return.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from MedicaRelax SAS.
