MedicaRelax SAS provides a comprehensive warranty for the massage chairs sold on medicarelax.eu, ensuring your investment is protected by the highest standards of technical support.

Warranty coverage

Structural & mechanical parts:
Coverage includes the internal engines, rollers, frame, and reclining mechanisms.

Electronic components:
Coverage includes the motherboard, remote control, and power supply units.

Airbag system:
Coverage includes the pneumatic pumps and individual airbags.

Leather and upholstery is not included in warranty.

Brand warranty: Factory warranty applies depending on the brand (Fujiiryoki, Inada Family, MedicaRelax).

Limitations & exclusions

The warranty is valid only for domestic use and does not cover:

Environmental damage: Damage caused by placement in high-humidity areas (saunas, swimming pools, or damp basements).

Misuse: Damage resulting from exceeding weight limits or intentional physical abuse.

Unauthorised Repair: Any attempt to open or repair the internal mechanism by a non-certified technician will void the warranty.

Warranty is not standard and may vary according to B2B or B2C.

Upholstery: Normal wear and tear of the synthetic leather or fabric is not covered under the standard mechanical warranty.

Service & repairs

In-home service: For qualifying repairs within the warranty period, we aim to provide on-site technical assistance or free spare parts in certain conditions.

Original parts: We guarantee the use of authentic components imported directly from the factory for all repairs.

Delivery & installation policy

Ideal for those who wish to receive their chair as quickly as possible. We will dispatch your order immediately via our standard freight partner for curbside delivery. This option requires you to unbox and position the chair yourself.

Complimentary White-Glove Installation (Free):
A specialized two-man logistics team will deliver, carry the chair to your room of choice, and perform a full professional setup. Deliveries may be consolidated by area, which can result in slightly longer lead times.

Priority Personalized Delivery (Paid Service):
We dispatch a dedicated two-man team from our warehouse to your home within a few days, regardless of other orders in your area. As this is a bespoke, direct-to-door service, please contact us for a personalized quote before selecting this option.

Shipping locations & restrictions

European Union: Free Delivery to all mainland European countries.

Access & measurements

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the chair can fit through doorways and hallways.

Modular setup: If a doorway is too narrow, our team can often disassemble the side panels (on applicable models) to gain entry and reassemble them inside. Please check with our team which models allow disassembly.

Delivery times

Special orders (Factory): For specific colours or models not currently in our local warehouse, delivery times vary based on sea freight and customs (usually 9–30 weeks).
