Shipping policy
Timeline: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for prompt delivery (often within 5–21 business days for in-stock items), we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or "Force Majeure" events.
Malta/Cyprus & International Shipping: For regions like Malta or other international destinations, specific shipping surcharges and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer.
Inspection: Upon delivery, you must inspect the packaging. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note before signing.
Important: When delivery is agreed/offered to be organised by our own logisics:
Access: The customer must ensure and confirm that the delivery team has proper access to the property. It is mandatory for the customer to provide the width of doors/passageways before the order is finalised.
Any damages created by narrow doors is in the responsibility of the customer.Any scratches caused to the massage hair because of a narrow way/hallways is in the responsibility of the customer.
Assembly options:
Self-assembly: Customers may assemble the product themselves with our provided video guidance.
Organised assembly: We can provide assembly via our own team based on a prior mutual agreement and potential additional fees.
