"Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the user of the website or the purchaser of goods.
"Products" refers to Family Inada, MedicaRelax, Fujiiryoki, Bodyfriend massage chairs and any related accessories sold on this Site.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Prices typically exclude shipping and taxes unless otherwise stated during the checkout process.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability or suspicion of fraud.
Payment Methods, e.g., Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, PayPal, AMEX. Payment must be received in full before the dispatch of any product.
ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information (Full Name, Address, Contact Details) when placing an order. This responsibility applies to all orders, whether placed directly through the website or via "Manual Orders" sent by WhatsApp, Email, or SMS. MedicaRelax SAS is not liable for delivery errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer.
DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY
Timeline: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for prompt delivery (often within 5–21 business days for in-stock items), we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or "Force Majeure" events.
Malta/Cyprus & International Shipping: For regions like Malta or other international destinations, specific shipping surcharges and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer.
Inspection: Upon delivery, you must inspect the packaging. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note before signing.
Important: When delivery is agreed/offered to be organised by our own logistics:
Access: The customer must ensure and confirm that the delivery team has proper access to the property. It is mandatory for the customer to provide the width of doors/passageways before the order is finalised.
Any damages created by narrow doors is in the responsibility of the customer. Any scratches caused to the massage chair because of a narrow way/hallways is in the responsibility of the customer.
Assembly options:
Self-assembly: Customers may assemble the product themselves with our provided video guidance.
Organised assembly: We can provide assembly via our own team based on a prior mutual agreement and potential additional fees.

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
The Products remain the exclusive property of MedicaRelax SAS until they are paid for in full. Ownership is only transferred upon receipt of the total balance. The customer cannot make any legal claims upon products for which payment has not been successfully processed.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with consumer protection laws (e.g., EU 14-day rule), customers may return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided the chair is in its original condition and original packaging.
Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for items showing signs of wear, "Buyer’s Remorse" after the 14-day window, or items sold as "Showroom Demos" or at clearance prices.
Massage chairs that have been delivered throughout a narrow door and damaged because of narrow hallways cannot be returned and is not in the responsibility of the Seller.
Customers that intentionally damage the massage chairs are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fees: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15–35%) and the cost of return freight, which is the responsibility of the customer.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
All repairs during the warranty period are provided massage chair parts free of charge, provided that:
Coverage: Authentic Family Inada, MedicaRelax, Fujiiryoki, Bodyfriend chairs typically come with a manufacturer's warranty covering parts and/or labor. Please refer to your specific model’s warranty certificate for duration and terms.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, or normal wear and tear of upholstery and fabric.
The massage chair was used strictly according to the instruction manual. The issue is not a result of misuse, unauthorised tampering, or accidental damage.
Once the warranty period expires, we remain available to assist you in sourcing replacement parts at your expense.
Warranty covers only technical parts—not the fabric/leather.
B2B (BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS) CLAUSE
For commercial or business clients, the following rules apply:
Proper Usage: Products must be used under regular conditions and not subject to intentional abuse.
Safety: The chair must not be used by more than one person at a time.
Maintenance: The Business agrees to respect the terms of care and ensure the product is not vandalised or neglected.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the site or the performance of the products. All the product description on the website is according to what we receive from the manufacturer.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
GOVERNING LAW
Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed exclusively by French Law (EU)
CISG Exclusion: The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is explicitly excluded and shall not apply.
Any disputes shall be settled through mutual agreement.
